Our Story
Design With a Conscience
Eco Prestige Venture was founded on a simple belief: that beautifully designed spaces and responsible building practices are not at odds with one another. Too often, sustainable choices are treated as a compromise on style — we set out to prove otherwise.
Our team of designers, project managers and craftsmen work together across every project, from a single kitchen remodel to a full commercial fit-out, applying the same care to material sourcing, spatial planning and finishing detail.
Today, we serve homeowners and businesses across the Klang Valley — Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Bangsar and beyond — bringing prestige design and sustainable building together under one roof.
Our design and build work carries the studio name Espace — French for “space” — a simple reminder of what we care about most in every project: how a space feels, flows, and functions for the people who live and work in it.

Build & Renovate
